CAZ Capital works with select, quality investors. This system is strictly adhered to whether the loan amount is $50,000 or $25,000,000 (or more, just ask!). This standardization helps to minimize errors and delays in closing.
Once an application has been submitted you will receive feedback within 2 business days of your submission and an approval, decline, or counteroffer within 4 business days if there are no questions or points of clarification.
Many of our investor companies as well as CAZ Capital do not have a sales staff. Our Partners are personally involved in every opportunity and the investor companies are mainly comprised of underwriters and small legal teams. This make-up of our company has formed our policy of only working with borrowers and brokers who appreciate and understand this. This is to keep our fees low and expedite the process.
